Prime Video Channels (PVC) is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own an always-on acquisition lifecycle program and support scaling our growth strategies for unique offer types (i.e., bundles, annual plans). This position will be responsible for managing successful growth initiatives via storefront, outbound and paid media that drive awareness and acquisition of our expanding selection of channels with the Prime Video customer base. Additionally, this role will also analyze and optimize campaigns and build playbooks to scale proven campaign structures. The successful candidate has customer lifecycle and/or acquisition marketing experience and has demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams. This candidate has a track record of delivering results through programs that reach global customers at scale with an aptitude for data analysis. Being able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and prioritize work is essential, as is a mind for innovation and learning through A/B testing. Key job responsibilities Ideate and create new marketing strategies and metrics to measure these programs from scratch by partnering with cross-functional teams, having a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, and evaluating external streaming industry trends Drive analysis and mechanisms to stack rank acquisition opportunities to determine where resources can drive the most impact Articulate business opportunities, marketing objectives, roadmaps and launch strategies into narrative document format for both the business teams and partner teams (e.g. product) Measure campaign success, have an experimentation mindset, and use data and analysis to optimize performance Identify, develop, and optimize organization processes where there are gaps and/or inefficiencies; create mechanisms to drive alignment and adoption within the organization A day in the life Execute strategic/tactical marketing programs, including go-to-market plans, reviews and business analyses Collaborate with central product teams to advocate for improvements that deliver on business-impacting metrics and/or goals Partnering with creative teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition of our content Summarize and share learnings regularly with partner teams and key stakeholders Analyze audience behaviors and use insights to inform product marketing strategies About the team Want to change the way people watch TV? Prime Video Channels, launched in 2016, distributes video channels including Max, STARZ, Paramount+, Apple TV+, PBS Masterpiece and many more channels OTT without a cable subscription. The US Prime Video Channels Marketing team is ultimately responsible for delivering channels growth by: (1) Optimizing existing and discovering new marketing levers and strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of US PVC subscribers, as well as (2) Raising the high bar for and influencing the enhancement of the end PVC customer experience (CX) across our storefront and out-of-app experiences (e.g. Fire TV). Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
