About the role: The Retail Marketing Coordinator will report to the Retail Marketing Manager and support the broader retail, sales and operations teams by assisting with the execution of in-store displays, POS development, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving conversions. Key responsibilities include supporting the ALT and drug teams to identify new sales opportunities, onboarding vendors, coordinating with Operations to ensure timely and accurate display setups, and working with the team on innovative campaign executions. This role also oversees merchandising and demo schedules, training materials, and quarterly trend reports, contributing to projects that drive retail marketing success. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Design exciting retailer employee incentive programs and work with sales to sell in. Partner with ALT and drug teams to design explosive in-store programs and identify new opportunities that unlock growth. Collaborate with the team to bring marketing campaigns to life in store with innovative and effective in-store tactics. Review and manage all new sales team requests, identifying appropriate next steps. Work with associate retail marketing manager to brief, source and onboard new POS vendors. Work closely with Ops to create UPC, ensure materials are ordered, packed and shipped on time for displays. Ensure all SOWs, change orders, invoices are signed, filed correctly and shared with finance/accounting. Schedule and manage merchandising teams across retailers. Manage demo and sampling training materials across retailers. Manage Retail Marketing quarterly reports including trends and competitor activity. Undertake specific company projects, as assigned. Qualifications: 1-2 years of Retail Marketing or Trade Marketing Experience, with a preference for those familiar with consumer-packaged goods or the beverage industry. Ideal candidate will have experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Beverage in developing POS. Experience in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including marketing, operations, sales, brokers, retailers, commercial teams, and external agencies. Highly detail-oriented and diligent, with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work even regardless of time constraints. Project Management Experience Experience working with 3 rd party merchandising and demo agencies. Work Environment: Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 10% travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $61,500 - $92,300 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
