The HTS Media Services team is responsible for driving ad placements across the Hopper app and HTS partner sites and portals. We work with clients primarily in the travel industry-including airlines, airports, hotels, and destination management organizations-to deliver impactful advertising campaigns. About the Role

We are seeking an Advertising Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving culture, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent client-facing communication skills, and a passion for digital advertising. Is able to prioritize, and work with urgency and fast speed, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, monitored effectively, and optimized for performance.As part of the HTS Media Services Team, you will focus on managing the operational aspects of campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and providing key insights that help improve campaign performance.

What would your day-to-day look like:
    • Campaign Support & Execution: Proactively own set up and launch of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all campaign elements are prepared accurately and on time.
    • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track and monitor campaign performance, using data analysis to identify trends, track key metrics, and provide insights into performance improvements to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve any operational or technical issues affecting campaign delivery.
    • Asset Management: Assist in sourcing and organizing ad assets (creative, tracking links, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently and meet client specifications.
    • Reporting & Optimization: Help prepare performance reports, highlight key findings, and suggest optimizations to improve results.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of ad operations.
    • Billing Support: Assist the Finance team with campaign billing and ensure the accuracy of campaign invoicing.
An ideal candidate has:
    • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, advertising operations, or a related field (internships and relevant work experience will also be considered).
    • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on performance insights.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure precision in executing campaigns and reporting.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues in campaign delivery and work effectively with internal teams to resolve them.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus.
    • Self-Starter & Team Player: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Industry Experience: Experience or interest in the travel, hospitality, or media publishing industries is a plus, but not required.

$80,000 - $110,000 a year

The yearly base compensationfor this position ranges from 80 000$ to 110 000$ USD. Base salary will be determined by candidates' relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills and work experience.

Total compensation will include a solid base salary and will also include equity (options / RSUs), potentially a sign-on bonus and other potential incentives as per the "perks and benefits" section.
