Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Advertising & Business Operations, you will have an opportunity to shape this team and business through:
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary is $65,000-$75,000 plus commission based on sales and opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), and equity. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Advertising & Business Operations, you will have an opportunity to shape this team and business through:
- Bringing in advertising clients.
- Managing revenue and meeting quotas.
- Creating, managing and updating a pipeline of advertising prospects.
- Analyzing and tracking the performance of each campaign and making recommendations for future improvements for this new business.
- 3-5 years of experience working with successful sales and account management experience within digital advertising
- Existing advertiser and agency relationships that would be a good fit for StockX, allowing you to hit the ground running.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a fast paced, high-growth company.
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Success in building long-term relationships, and business partnerships while engaging with clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed strategic recommendations.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM (Hubspot preferably) and modern sales techniques.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in building out a robust prospecting strategy (automation, cold calling, cold reach out, etc).
- Hit & exceed quarterly revenue quotas.
- Maintain an active pipeline of advertisers for StockX; collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that all prospects are inline with the StockX brand, and larger initiatives (i.e. Brand Marketing team).
- Identify and pursue potential clients across relevant industries (e.g., lifestyle, electronics, apparel, high growth d2c, personal finance, wellness, travel and other companies / brands that would work harmoniously for both parties) & from digital advertising agencies.
- Report on your sales pipeline weekly/monthly/quarterly, and what you're doing to move the needle towards closing deals.
- Keys to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, customer relationships who advertise multiple times a year, as you upsell them additional advertising placements, and offerings.
- Oversee the ad sales lifecycle from negotiation through to campaign implementation and reporting, ensuring that campaigns are executed smoothly and achieve client KPIs.
- We prepare all our team members with extensive training about StockX and the Retail Marketplace industry, ensuring they are equipped with the product, and industry knowledge needed to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand, and achieve career success.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic advertising plan.
- Perform market research identifying areas of opportunity, based on the success of other marketplaces.
