Position Overview
LOPCO Contracting is seeking a
Marketing Assistant
to support its marketing initiatives. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for B2C marketing. The Marketing Assistant will manage social media, develop marketing campaigns, and contribute to creative content that helps expand the company’s reach and impact. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the company’s online community. Analyze social media performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Content Creation & Campaign Management Develop blogs, email newsletters, and graphics to support marketing objectives. Assist with the coordination and execution of campaigns for events, promotions, and new services. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. General Marketing Support Research industry trends and contribute ideas for new marketing strategies. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing activities. Provide additional support for other marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience are welcome). Knowledge of B2C marketing and experience with content creation. Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) and email marketing platforms is a plus. Why Consider This Role?
