We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Assistant will also support our sales and marketing teams in executing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role blends traditional marketing responsibilities with a strong focus on sales-driven initiatives, helping to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, eager to collaborate across teams, and passionate about using marketing tools to directly impact sales outcomes. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: Be cross-trained in all of the major departments, including direct marketing, sales, customer service, community outreach, and team leadership Learn how to manage accounts for our clients and their customers Develop skills to be able to work within the sales department, work with customers on services they are eligible for, and close sales orders Communicate effectively both written and verbally in a professional environment Learn how to conduct interviews on behalf of the company Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in marketing and advertising Our ideal candidate will match the following criteria: Majoring in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, and/or Business Administration or a similar field Prior work experience in customers service and sales is a bonus Have a go-getter attitude and a desire to be the best Be incredibly coachable and open to learning and training old and new marketing strategies Be adaptable and ready to face and overcome challenges in their day-to-day #LI-Onsite
