Job Title: Lead Crestron AV Technician

Location: Tucson, AZ

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

As a Lead Crestron AV Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, programming, and maintenance of advanced AV systems. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless and innovative solutions for our clients, ensuring every project exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Installation Projects: Oversee the setup of Crestron systems, including control processors, touch panels, AV racks, displays, projectors, and audio systems.
• Crestron Programming: Customize and modify Crestron programs to meet specific client requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to AV systems.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide training on system usage.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality and productivity on all projects.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and project progress.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Crestron systems installation and programming.
• Certified: Crestron certifications (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer) are highly preferred.
• Technically Skilled: Proficient in AV integration, signal flow, and related technologies. Familiarity with networking and systems like Extron or AMX is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex AV systems.
• Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and deliver top-notch service.
• Leader: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with AV installation tools and software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.
• Willingness to travel locally for projects.
