Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Design associate assists the Sales and Marketing department in the development and publication of marketing materials.

Qualification Summary:

Required Experience and Education:
  • Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, digital marketing and email promotions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar computer applications
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects
Preferred Experience and Education:
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Later, Flodesk, Vizergy)
  • Experience with computer software programs used for keyword research, A/B testing, database management and content creation
  • A self-motivated, high achieving disposition with a passion for marketing
  • High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing strategies
Travel:
  • Less than 25% travel requirement.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to run off-property errands with minimal notice
Physical: Frequent sitting, standing, and moving about the facilities. Handling objects, products and equipment. Using keyboards and other office computer equipment. Occasionally push, pull and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must observe details at close range. Other: Must speak English fluently. Must have excellent written, oral and presentation/communication skills. Mathematical skills include basic math. Problem solving, reasoning, and organizational abilities are often used. Ability to effectively multi-task.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Represents the Resort Brand in all graphic design aspects across all departments and outlets.
  • Oversees the implementation of the brand across all platforms.
  • Ensures the brand communicates a consistent message across all touch points, crucial for building trust and recognition.
  • Brainstorms fresh advertising and marketing ideas with senior management.
  • Develops original copy and content for social media platforms, website, email distribution and printed advertising materials.
  • Manages social media platforms, communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive, on-brand public image.
  • Develops promotional and marketing materials.
  • Designs and Executes print marketing including but not limited to: Magazine Advertising, Newspaper Advertising, & other Print Advertising.
  • Property Signage Design including but not limited to: Property Signs, Office Signs, Directional Signs, Hotel Signs.
  • Communicates with vendors on all professional print material for quotes and production.
  • Design and handles all menus including but not limited to: Restaurant, Sales & Banquets, Special Events, Holiday Events, Member Events.
  • Captures, manages and updates photography on website and other various platforms.
  • Resort Photography: Arranges photography opportunities with all departments to set up shoots and provide up-to-date photography.
  • Edits all photography photos and utilizes them accordingly on proper outlets.
  • Designs and executes Travel Ads i.e., Expedia Ads, Bookings.com, Google Ads, Email Ads.
  • Designs and updates room collateral and all other printed collateral including key packets, business cards, business stationary, marketing packets, membership packets, fliers, sales collateral, etc.
  • E-commerce
  • Conducts Search Engine Optimization (SEO) research, manages, and adjusts as necessary.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned
