The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This person will create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Other areas of focus include:

1. Brand Development: Formulate and implement brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
3. Online Presence: Manage and enhance the company's social media pages and marketing websites.
4. Business Opportunities: Identify and create new business opportunities through innovative marketing approaches.
5. Adaptability: Adjust marketing plans based on customer trends, preferences, and emerging market dynamics.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and sales departments to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
7. Partnerships: Regularly meet with marketing partners and vendors to foster collaborative relationships.
8. Event Management: Plan and organize events, webinars, and conferences related to marketing efforts and product sales.
9. Campaign Execution: Conduct marketing campaigns using selected key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve effectiveness.
10. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure seamless integration and success of digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
