This position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows: Contract role of 1 year, potential extensions. Pay range is $20-24/hr. Hybrid - 4 days onsite/1 day remote.Job Description: responsible for crafting copy for various platforms, including social media, digital channels, and advertisements, while also managing the project through the established workflow, which encompasses proofreading, design, and execution. Develops and brings to life ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Assists in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, e.g., content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning. Collaborates with marketing and other Marketing and Communications team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. Plans and executes initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels. Assists in analyzing marketing data - e.g., campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic - to help shape future marketing strategies. Manages marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including measuring and reporting results. Assists in researching market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform growth opportunities for new or current product or service offerings.Qualifications: Strong communication/writing skills. Some experience on audience analysis, content creation, digital marketing, product marketing, and marketing automation. Can be a recent grad or a non-grad with some experience in marketing.
