Responsibilities:Manage University advertising budgetMaintain spreadsheet to track expensesMonitor performance of advertising campaigns (Billboards, Website, PPC, SEO, print, direct mail, etc..)Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns & make adjustments as neededCoordinate marketing strategies to meet organizational objectivesCollaborate with campuses and graphic design artist to create engaging content for various marketing channelsManage social media platforms and engage with followersAnalyze the performance of marketing campaignsManage and support campus Community EventsCreate new and creative ad copy and ad creativesManage direct mail campaignsHold weekly marketing meetings to discuss performance of campaigns with campusesSpecial projects such as web design, campus tour videos, special eventsSupport growing Community event calendars in various marketsAbility to write a press releaseSupport the coordination of events, promotions, and advertising initiativesCreate PR opportunities for the UniversityMaintain collateral materials with current ad copy and testimonialsAssist in maintaining the company's website content and SEO strategiesPrepare reports on marketing metrics for management reviewThird-party vendor management and contract negotiationsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesExperience:Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related fieldExperience negotiating and executing contractsFamiliarity with SEO, performance marketing, and social mediaMinimum of 3 years of PPC experienceExperience with budgeting and financially planning for marketing campaignsComputer savvy, utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, Graphic design software) to extract data for analysis and reviewStrong attention to detailExcellent writing and proof-reading skillsExperience managing audio and video projectsSkills needed to operate under deadlines and fast paceMinimum of bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferredCompetitive salary, 401K, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a professional collaborative work environmentPosition reports to Vice President of Enrollment Management
