This position is responsible forimplementing effective marketing strategies to promote FlexShopper. They will report directly tothe Marketing Manager and assist them with several tasks including but not limited to: managingmarketing campaigns via social media, email and digital advertisements, project management,and coordinating/working with outside agencies on multiple projects. We are looking for apassionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to learn and growtheir career.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Marketing Specialist will coordinate both marketing campaign and merchandising activity.Implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digitalcampaigns, and eventsBrainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaignsCollaborate with other internal teams (e.g. e-commerce and creative team) todevelop and monitor strategic marketing initiativesAnalyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaignsConduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunitiesWrite, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediumsWork with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programsEducation, Experience and Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing or Communications preferred.2-5 years of experience in marketing. Preferably in the direct-to-consumer or home goods space.Minimum of 2 years of experience with SEO and managing Google and Social Ads, Display and Connected TV are a plus.Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytical software such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Content Management SystemsExperience with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.QualificationsQualifications for Marketing Specialist:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail oriented.Solid foundation in digital marketing principles and social media strategyAbility to take direction and understand the brand image.Results-driven and able to work with the cross-function teams to achieve sales.Notifications and Disclaimers:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
