We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to join our growing team. This individual will help our Trusted Home Service Partners locations define and execute marketing strategies to drive increased lead generation and customer volume, both through new customer growth and existing customer retention. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment. This role will serve as an integral part of THSP and its locations.

The ideal candidate will have prior:
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years in the residential home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Multi-Channel Experience: executing a marketing strategy and generating customer leads across marketing channels, specifically (i) digital (PPC, LSA, SEO), (ii) traditional (direct mail, email), and (iii) branding (grassroots, community).
  • Brand Management Experience: positioning and growing brand(s) with the goals of growing customer lead generation, increased lead to jobs conversion, and increased maintenance contract conversion.
Job Responsibilities(the following and other marketing duties as assigned)

Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop & execute marketing strategy to improve customer experience and support location growth.
  • Drive new customer growth & existing customer retention at existing locations.
  • Establish & oversee all marketing elements at new locations.
  • Build brand awareness for services provided at locations through customer reviews, customer referrals, and community engagement.
  • Manage strategy for marketing campaigns including target audience at THSP locations.
  • Ensure all location websites are maximized for optimal user experience and SEO.
  • Collaborate on SEM programs from lead generation, content promotion, conversion, and branding.
  • Responsible for executing Email marketing campaigns for customer retention.
  • Coordinate Social Media postings across platform.
  • Enhance content development and support ongoing development of marketing materials and ads.
  • Content Creation.
  • Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance strategy.
Relationships
  • Collaborate with Operations and Leadership team to identify and implement local community and sponsorship marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with location teams to develop organic growth campaigns.
  • Liaison with Digital Marketing Agency to implement & fulfill social media ads and strategies (Search, Display, Paid Social).
  • Hire and direct outside vendors as needed to provide strategic counsel and creative execution.
Reporting
  • Proven ability to understand, evaluate, and translate data and insights into actionable and innovative strategies to deliver on business goals.
  • Build, analyze, and distribute timely reports and dashboards from tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Agency Dashboard to include web traffic, paid search, social, and call tracking.
  • Track and generate monthly KPIs and marketing reporting.
  • Track website performance and develop new processes to improve results.
  • Create and monitor strategies, timelines, calendars, and goals.
Required Criteria

General Candidate Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing/communication/advertising or business experience with demonstrated success, preferably in the residential home services industry.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that embraces finding unique solutions to challenging problems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational and presentation skills to interact with internal and external business partners.
  • High quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus attention on activities and strategies that drive success.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively both on a team, and independently.
  • High degree of integrity and strong moral compass.
  • Some travel required.
Marketing Experience Criteria
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, SEM (PPC), and digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO services and online tracking tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.), Google Search Console, back-end SEO, and metadata.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of social media channels (Facebook/IG, LinkedIn).
  • Proven experience with content marketing and organic search.
  • Experience in cultivating SEO keywords and phrases to drive web traffic.
  • Experience at PE-backed portfolio company preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar operating system preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics experience preferred.
  • Local to the Dallas area


Compensation

Highly competitive compensation, consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus. Compensation package and opportunity for equity ownership dependent on experience level.
