We're looking for early team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.We're a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more. In addition to this our most recent testnet onboarded over 300,000 users in less than two months. We are growing rapidly and we need ambitious and experienced team members to join us to help scale Ethereum's future.About the roleWe are looking for a hungry, high IQ team member to join us and coordinate the execution of data driven marketing campaigns to grow Omni's brand presence.ResponsibilitiesConsistently iterate on our marketing strategies through data driven experimentationOwn content marketing campaigns to consistently grow Omni's brand positioning as a leader in the crypto industryManage large scale marketing campaigns and coordinate multiple stakeholders (designers, partners, research, BD team, engineering team) to ensure we ship high leverage campaigns consistently.Continually analyze digital media metrics, competitors, and market narratives to identify growth strategiesWrite content that positions Omni as a leader in the chain abstraction space.Support creation of Tech Talks with Tyler episodesRegularly post on a personal twitter account to become an influential character on crypto twitterContribute to long term brand strategy, messaging, and content campaignsCreate structured and repeatable processes for executing content campaignsRequirements1-3 years of experience in marketingOutlier levels of ambitionExceptional communication and collaboration skillsNice To HavesActive user of crypto applicationsSpeaks multiple languagesAn existing personal audience on twitter, youtube, etc.Milady or involvement with Remilia ecosystemClosingOur benefits include competitive compensation, early stage equity allocations, team outings and unlimited PTO.
