Job Summary:
The Corporate Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy across all our social platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, grow our social community and support our overall marketing goals. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior and content strategies. It also involves creating engaging content, fostering brand awareness, monitoring online presence, and driving social media campaigns that align with the company's goals and values. Will also oversee metric measurement and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics, strong communication skills and a passion for building meaningful online communities.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist, ideally in an international organization, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Experience in digital marketing techniques, social media management and writing for a variety of styles for both print and digital media.
- Comfortable and credible working with executive leaders.
- University degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in related field (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS corporate setting.
- Verbal communication - Strong verbal communication skills; can give a concise elevator speech about Sphera and Sphera's solutions.
- Writing skills - Exceptional writing skills (able to write social posts and respond to engagement). Can alter communication style to fit audiences that include all colleagues as well as upper management.
- Strong grasp of brand voice, identity and positioning, with the ability to ensure consistency across all social media content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics), and content management systems.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Skilled in engaging with audiences, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with followers.
- Ability to manage online conversations and respond to inquiries or comments promptly and professionally.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging and on-brand content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos and other multimedia.
- Platform Management: Oversee daily activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and aesthetics.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, company initiatives and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with broader corporate strategies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster a positive online community and strengthen relationships with followers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of emerging trends, tools and best practices in social media, incorporating them into the company's strategy where relevant to drive innovation and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, creative and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns.
- Crisis Management: Manage social media communications during crises or sensitive situations, ensuring the company's voice is consistent and aligned with its values.
- Employee Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams to promote employee engagement and advocacy programs on social media.
- Network: Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Pay:
$73,600.00 - $110,400.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
