This newly created position will play a key role in managing SentinelOne's reputation and brand, while also serving as the overall lead for an expanding social advocacy program that covers executives, influencers, partners and employees. The ideal candidate has exceptional writing skills, direct experience with executive communications and employee advocacy, and is a creative self-starter - good enough to be dangerous when it comes to producing and editing multimedia content. What Will You Do?Lead social advocacy: Partnering with company executives, comms leadership, the social team, and partner marketing, create and execute a strategy that empowers our executives, employees, partners and external influencers to be external advocates for the SentinelOne brand, technology and visionCreate content and manage social content strategy: Develop, schedule and publish high-quality, engaging and visually appealing content mapped to specific objectives and target audiences Empower both marketing and other functions to optimize social performance: Act as subject matter expert and primary business partner to demand generation, field marketing, threat intelligence, product marketing, talent brand and other teams to guide and drive their objectives on social Community engagement: Respond to and otherwise engage with customers, partners and security influencers on SentinelOne's channels and broader social media Experimentation and growth: Stay on top of evolving social media tactics, best practices and new offerings to identity and test novel ways to engage with key audiences and grow SentinelOne's social communityAnalytics & reporting: Work with comms leadership and the social media team to create representative indicators of success and report on the performance of always-on tactics, as well as specific campaignsWhat Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3-5 years of experience in social media management or community managementStrong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices Direct experience leading or supporting executives' social presence, as well as broader employee advocacy B2B tech experience required with a mix of B2C and B2B preferred and cybersecurity experience a plusExceptionally strong copywriting skillsHighly organized, detail oriented and self driven Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr, Khorus) as well as design tools (e.g. Canva) Comfort leading and partnering to drive cross-functional initiatives that span marketing, product, partner, HR, IR and others teams Why us?
