Key Responsibilities
- Media Relations:
- Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Track media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing press conferences, media events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics for public appearances and sponsorship activities.
- Handle event follow-up tasks, including thank-you notes and performance summaries.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain the PR database with up-to-date media contacts and partnership information.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
