This contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone who excels at technical SEO, content optimization, and data analysis, and is comfortable working across multiple industries and CMS platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled at managing client relationships and thrives in a collaborative, autonomous environment. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of SEO to drive successful strategies, from strategic planning through execution, and performance reporting.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of success across multiple verticals (B2B, B2C, eCommerce, local).Technical Skills: Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console. Bonus if proficient in Ahrefs and Screaming FrogCMS Knowledge: Comfortable working within a range of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and custom systems.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.Collaboration: A team player who works well with cross-functional teams and is adaptable to client needs.Availability: Willing and able to participate in client-facing calls and discussions. While this is primarily a remote role, the ideal candidate should be available for in-person meetings once or twice a month, depending on project needs.
