Job Description:
As an IT Technical Writer/Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality documentation, training materials, and system analyses to support IT projects. Your expertise in Microsoft Project, real-time training delivery, and on-demand content creation will ensure that stakeholders have the resources they need to understand and effectively use IT systems and processes. You will also assist in tracking project progress and aligning deliverables with the client's technical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and process guidelines.
- Design and deliver real-time training programs tailored to the target audience, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Create recordings of training sessions to provide accessible, on-demand learning resources.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure documentation aligns with project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to track and report on project progress, milestones, and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and provide support for end-users to promote system adoption.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Client's Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process documentation.
- Support agile software development teams by documenting user stories, test cases, and workflows.
- Assist in identifying and documenting system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with the client's standards and best practices for project documentation and training.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective real-time training programs.
- Experience creating on-demand training materials and recordings for diverse audiences.
- PMP Certification through PMI or qualification under the Commonwealth of Client IT Project Manager Standards.
- Familiarity with the Client's Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and processes.
Preferred Skills:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and/or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile development and work item tracking.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
