Position Summary
The Lead Video Producer will find fresh and innovative ways to tell FIDF’s brand story in order to drive donor behavior in today’s socially charged, media-consuming environment by creating smart, innovative, and powerful work that connects and moves our audience.

Responsibilities:
- Support FIDF’s creative needs for events, FIDF LIVE, and beyond.
- Responsible for collaborating on innovative ideas and taking them from concept through execution and delivery.
- Oversee FIDF Video Production: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring each aligns with organizational goals and delivers impactful messaging.
- Demonstrate Leadership Potential: Take ownership of production processes while curating and leveraging the strengths of team members to maximize output, quality and efficiency. Expand capacity by developing and producing additional creative assets.
- Serves as the production lead for specific project assignments from the ideation of content through pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution to the final audience.
- Responsible for communication between creative and production teams; innovate processes to improve workflow with overseas production teams.
- Lead and participate in script writing, directing production, and editing video.
- As FIDF’s editor-in-residence, create compelling and engaging content; refashion and optimize existing content for a variety of purposes; capture, source, animate additional images, videos, and assets; field quick editing requests, as needed.
- Advocate for the creative process, so that the best ideas come to life, while always looking for the best way to provide solutions on time and budget.
- Manage the day-to-day timelines and budgets of projects to ensure they are on time and within budget.
- Build relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations.
- Cultivate media library, curating top chapter assets and guiding them toward optimal content options given objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of production experience.
- Website or reel must be submitted demonstrating experience.
- Appetite to produce work in all specialties (digital, events, broadcast, experiential).
- Collaborative yet confident.
- Proficient in industry software and systems.
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Brilliant team player and work ethic.
- Understanding of all processes involved in a production lifecycle (video, design, digital).
- Budget preparation skills.
