- Clearly and consistently document key changes, test results, and recommendations, and communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering to implement new monetization features and drive improvements to existing features
- Evaluate key competitors, propose and implement new monetization features or experiences, and assess the impact of these changes
- Become an expert of our core audiences, and develop appropriate monetization strategies to meet each audience's core needs
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital product management, with at least 3 years of direct monetization/revenue optimization experience
- Experience in B2C website operation in the lead generation space is strongly desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action, and comfortable working with nuanced data
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn, and get the job done.
- You'll work in a collaborative with talented people who have a broad range of experience
- You'll enjoy creative freedom when building new things and improving existing ones
- You'll be encouraged to learn: we provide a $1500 budget per year that covers books, courses, and conferences
- We provide full-time employees with full benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with available coverage for close family members
- We also provide a matching 401(k) program, performance bonuses, 3 weeks of paid vacation, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a sick PTO policy that boils down to "don't come in until you feel better"
- You'll be supported but never micro-managed
