About the team:
As a senior designer in our growing seller platform, you'll contribute to diverse aspects of the seller experience. Make an immediate impact by establishing a robust foundation and implementing significant improvements to our product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) to shape the product's long-term future
Responsibilities:
-Concept development: Strong conceptual thinker. Understanding the e-commerce operation needs and goals. Work with operation and marketing strategists to bring core narratives to concept.
- Art direction: Harness best-in-class production practices, stay up to date on graphics and design trends, resources and innovation to push boundaries and enhance TikTok Shop's creative product.
- Campaign Key visual execution: Visualize the core concept, develop the key visual and the related visual assets, using Figma, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Maintain design assets system: Contribute and maintain TikTok Shop Visual Identity guidelines 4B and 4C - Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback - Understand product specifications.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around user needs. Find creative ways to solve UX problems
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a design-related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and launching numerous features with broad or ambiguous scope, covering end-to-end experiences across various platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with research and data to drive decision making.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge in e-commerce, user experience, and emerging trends in digital retail.
