Chef-creators are at the core of what we do at CookUnity. We are looking for an enthusiastic Creator Activation Specialist to help CookUnity's Chef Success team onboard and activate all-new platform creators and support creators in their early stages of growth with CU. In this role, you will learn what makes a CookUnity creator great and creatively support their business growth and platform success. In return, you'll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of the food business, culinary creativity, and e-commerce. A successful Activation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a positive, efficient, and smooth new creator experience throughout the onboarding process. Direct interaction with clients will take place regularly by telephone or web chat. As such, prior experience and comfort in a phone/chat-based customer support environment is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesOnboarding and Activation of New Creators
Facilitate the successful launch of new creator brands and products by creating customized onboarding materials, tracking timelines, and ensuring adherence to target launch dates.
Creator Support and Education
Provide guidance, resources, and front-line support across multiple channels (voice, email, chat, video) to help creators build thriving businesses on the platform.
Compliance and Documentation Management
Review, process, and maintain accurate records of onboarding documents to ensure compliance with CookUnity standards and guidelines.
Process Coordination and Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to align on requirements, policies, and workflows while monitoring and following up to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
Identify opportunities for process enhancement, contribute to service improvements, and support audits, reporting, and special projects to achieve performance goals.

- Focused on fostering strong creator relationships from onboarding kickoff through launch (9–12 weeks), ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Management team.
- Committed to meeting creator needs comprehensively and professionally.
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding or account activation for a culinary physical product business (preferred) or relevant post-secondary education or training in a culinary or foodservice management school
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. EST hours, with a start time no later than 10:00 AM EST.
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.
- Proven customer relations skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure.
- Professional demeanor in all communications with creators, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in roles with administrative, operational, or supervisory responsibilities
