What You'll Do
    • Media Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and client objectives to create comprehensive media plans across various platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
    • Budget Management: Allocate budgets effectively across different media channels to maximize ROI while ensuring adherence to client guidelines.
    • Campaign Execution: Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and media partners to implement campaigns on time and within budget.
    • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, interpret data, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies.
    • Client Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, presenting media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
    • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and stay informed about new advertising opportunities.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative advertising techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Media Planner or in a similar role within a media or advertising company.
    • Proficiency in media planning tools (e.g., Comscore, Nielsen, Google Ads, or similar).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with emerging media trends and platforms.

$75,000 - $80,000 a year

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
