Nana Jacqueline is a Los Angeles-based High-end Woman clothing company. We have a Pop-up store in SOHO NYC and we are seeking an extremely motivated and talented sales individual with impeccable organizational skills; Ideally, a results-driven individual with experience in the retail sales fashion industry to join our team.
As NANA JACQUELINE continues to grow, we need a competitive and sales-driven team member eager to expand the brand's presence throughout the country. To excel, you must thrive in working for a fast-paced, high-growth luxury fashion brand and be motivated to exceed sales targets.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for new account growth as well as maintaining existing account relationships. This position requires proven sales experience, and an ability to produce results.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team goals while being responsible for sales results;
- Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience;
- Support customers in purchasing all NJ products;
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, taking advantage of various clienteling tools, in order to promote loyalty to the NJ brand;
- Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to achieving the general objectives of the boutique;
- Learn to master the Brand and have in-depth knowledge of the product;
- Respect the standards of the NJ brand in terms of care and behavior;
- Follow company policies and procedures.
What we're looking for:
College degree preferred.
1-2+ years of sales experience in the fashion Industry
Motivated team player with proven sales ability to meet and exceed specified sales targets
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Competitive spirit with a desire to grow both personally and professionally
Exudes a positive, energetic, and can-do-anything attitude
Displays honest and committed character.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Build and cultivate relationships through extensive outreach to potential and current accounts
Maintain detailed prospect lists and outreach timelines
Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
Be a representative of NJ at all times
P.S. This is an onsite temp role from the end of January to the end of February, so only candidates who can commute and ok with the time frame will be considered.
