Marketing Coordinator Job at SharePoint Credit Union in Minneapolis

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the planning, direction, and coordination ofmarketing initiatives to improve the credit union's competitive position,consistent with its mission. To Design, develop, and deliver marketingpromotions and programs through digital and traditional mediums to supportexpansion and growth of the credit union's initiatives.

Hours: This is a fulltime position (40 hours a week). Shifts for this role will generally fallbetween 8:30am-5:00pm, but may require occasional flexibility formarketing-related events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring marketingcampaigns.
• Develop engaging content for email marketing, social media,website updates, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal team to create promotionalmaterial that align with our brand, goals and compliance requirements.
• Plan and promote credit union events such as communityoutreach, member appreciation days, and financial literacy.
• Coordinate outreach programs, sponsorships, and communityevents to build strong relationships with members and local organizations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drivemember acquisitions, retention, and product adoption.
• Manage the credit union's website and digital presence,ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with SEO best practice.
• Support business development initiatives and events.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensuremarketing materials comply with financial advertisement standards.
• Assist with financial literacy initiatives and communityoutreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business ora related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financialservice or credit union.
• Strong understanding of credit union products, service, andmember-centric philosophy.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe CreativeSuite) and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and emailmarketing software.
• Experience with event planning and community engagement.
• Creative thinker with keen eye for design.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects withmultiple deadlines.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Performance Measurements:

• Collaborate with the department manager to analyzecompetitive data and provide strategic recommendations for market strategiesthat align with SharePoint's objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of planned marketing initiativeswithin the established budget.
• Contribute to achieving the credit union's growth targetsthrough effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budgetaryguidelines in all communications.
• Deliver exceptional service by providing friendly,professional, and accurate support to members and staff.

Work Environment:
Works in a typical officeenvironment, Lighting and temperature levels will be moderate, and noise levelsare generally quiet.
