We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day department operations, and ensure our marketing initiatives align with RadiFi's strategic goals and values.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong organizational and collaboration skills, and work closely with multiple departments and branch teams to deliver impactful campaigns while contributing to the growth and success of the RadiFi brand.
Location: Park Street Branch; 562 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204
Status: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns ensuring alignment with RadiFi's mission, vision, and goals.
- Oversee RadiFi's social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance member engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate and prioritize marketing projects to ensure efficient workflows and timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact between the marketing team, internal departments, and branch teams to align efforts and meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-quality creative assets for print, digital, and other communication channels. Will also create and design materials in-house as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Work with our web developer partner to ensure website updates align with marketing strategies, brand standards, and member needs. Manage content updates, review web performance metrics, and collaborate on optimizing the website experience.
- Strengthen RadiFi's brand presence through partnerships, sponsorships, community engagement, and public relations initiatives.
- Analyze member insights, market trends, and campaign results to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Seven years of marketing related experience is required. • Proven success in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing content. • Expertise in digital marketing, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO strategies. • Experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with departments and branch teams.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
A college degree is required. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. • Graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Familiarity with financial services or credit unions is a plus. • Experience in event planning and community engagement initiatives. • Willingness to travel for community and business development events.

A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area.
