Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a talented and experienced Multimedia Production Specialist to join client at their location in Washington, DC, Navy Ship Yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia materials. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively, synthesize complex ideas into easily understood visuals, and adhere to industry audiovisual standards. Experience in producing military and/or government graphic design products is essential.Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, process, and produce high-quality audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia materials for various audiences and platforms.
• Develop engaging content that effectively communicates complex ideas and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Synthesize complex information into easily understood graphics, videos, and animations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ensure all multimedia content meets industry standards and client specifications.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in Graphic Design and Audio/Visual
• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products, including short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, and digital signage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multimedia production, particularly for military or government clients.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software for audio, video, and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear visuals.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience can be substituted for formal education in the fields of Graphic Design and/or Audio/Visual.
