Job Overview:

As a Content & Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms. With a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads within the trade industry. You will oversee content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement, ensuring all efforts align with the company's overall marketing objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the companys goals and resonates with the target audience in the trade industry.
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to ensure content is timely, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Write and develop in depth proposals for social media content to present to C-suite level management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer support) to create content that supports business objectives.
  • Prepare regular SEO reports and provide insights to improve search optimization and performance.
  • Commute to different warehouses and jobsites to shoot content of technicians within the Charlotte-Metro area.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the companys social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement, followers, and leads.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all content and social channels.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on content and social media performance (engagement, traffic, lead generation) to demonstrate ROI.
  • Use insights to adjust strategies, improve future campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably in the trade or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content and social media strategies.
  • Experienced in photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of copywrite procedures.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and Premier is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and Adobe.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques
• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
