User Experience Researcher - Market Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute innovative and impactful quantitative and qualitative research, as part of the WhatsApp UX Research team

  2. Develop actionable insights and high impact deliverables that will combine product research with go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, pricing and other market analysis

  3. Proactively forecasts business and tech trends

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative primary research experience.

  2. Experience with independently executing full-cycle research

  3. Product marketing research experience

  4. Tech sector experience

  5. Experience making sound methodological decisions and defending research

  6. Experience with Microsoft Excel, survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics), and statistics software (i.e. SPSS)
