Robert Half is hiring: Senior Graphic Designer in Warminster

We are searching for an Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer to be an integral part of our client's team. This role is 5 days per week in the office. This role primarily focuses on visual storytelling, art direction, digital and print design, and brand identity. Must have industry related experience in gardening, outdoors, lifestyle, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Generate graphic design assets for various advertising and marketing initiatives.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create visually compelling designs.

• Design marketing materials and digital content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

• Develop and lead brand photography and videography initiatives for effective visual storytelling.

• Maintain digital brand standards across all platforms including email, social and display marketing.

• Produce artwork for banner ads, brochures, and other promotional materials to enhance brand awareness.

• Provide art direction for all graphic design projects, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.

• Implement design solutions for print design projects to meet specific marketing objectives.

• Handle the design process from concept to completion, including revisions and final approval.

• 5+ years of experience within an agency and/or in house team

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mulitmedia Design or related course

• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Ability to quickly grasp brand identity and voice

• Gardening, Outdoors, Lifestyle industry related experience
