Job Details



Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategy.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans for product launches and updates, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning.
  • Create compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales materials, to showcase product value.
  • Support product adoption post-launch and help drive growth (e.g., adoption campaigns, feature releases).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies and meet business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to gather insights, create success stories, and foster advocacy.
  • Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Equip the Sales team with tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate product benefits and drive adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns that generate product awareness, demand, and leads across multiple channels.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing position
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the crypto / DeFi industry (preferably at a high-growth startup)
  • Bachelor’s in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading full-cycle product marketing initiatives including research, GTM strategy, content development, sales enablement, customer engagement, KPIs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the tokenization of real-world assets.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships, to promote products.
  • Big plus if background in product management and product marketing in the crypto space
