If you love working on a variety of projects, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re looking for a Los Angeles-based Senior Producer with a strong background in AV, design, motion, and digital production. You’ll own the production process for one of our large entertainment clients, managing both conceptual and executional projects. This role requires a unique combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and exceptional client management skills. You should be highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat. You have a keen creative eye and actively drive innovation within your team. You’re confident, in control, and thrive in client-facing situations. You never wait to be told what needs to happen—you see what’s needed and make it happen.
We’re looking for someone who not only manages an existing team and workflow but also evaluates current processes and suggests improvements to optimize performance and scale. You’re not just keeping the ship afloat; you’re always thinking about how to make it run faster and more efficiently.
This position starts as freelance, with the potential to grow into a full-time, permanent role based on performance and the project's scope.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows, ensuring that the work coming in gets assigned and deadlines are met.
- Represent and protect project requirements throughout the production lifecycle
- Keep all projects on track and ensuring accountability to clients, team, and overall project goals
- Create detailed project documentation and status reports
- Identify scope creep and addressing potential issues
- QC projects to ensure alignment with client requests and specifications
- Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the team
- Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
Requirements
- 4+ years working with design, av, motion and digital focused projects.
- Excellent at building relationships and creating a strong positive team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to jump in
- Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change
- Quick thinker
- Can easily make your around Google spreadsheets, and docs.
- Positive Attitude and work ethic
- Experience with Airtable or Monday.com is a HUGE plus
- A love to movies and series!
