Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Policy Assessment: Evaluate clients' current insurance policies and suggest enhancements or additional coverage as needed to better suit their needs.

Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring they receive prompt and fair resolution.

Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure all processes adhere to company and legal standards.

Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and maintain necessary licenses.


Requirements

Licensing: Must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, particularly in property and casualty, is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet customer needs with a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks effectively.
