WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A talented AI Artist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creating AI-based Images, video, and music for internal projects, including research and development, pitches, concepting, and storyboarding. If you're passionate about art, technology, and storytelling, and have a knack for using AI tools to bring ideas to life, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development of AI-generated visuals for a variety of internal projects, including ideation, design, and execution of images, videos, and music using generative AI technologies.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop detailed prompts and guidelines to accurately communicate desired aesthetics, styles, and content components to AI models.
• AI Tool Expertise: Stay updated with advancements in generative AI tools and integrate them effectively into the content creation process.
• Creative Direction: Bring a fresh perspective to video, image, and music production, leveraging generative AI capabilities to produce innovative and impactful visual content.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and other team members to translate ideas into compelling AI-generated visual assets and explore new creative applications for AI-generated art.
• Quality Assurance: Review generated images and videos for accuracy, aesthetics, and coherence to ensure alignment with project goals.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an ongoing FREELANCE ROLE with full-time hours, and the possibility of converting to a full-time employee assuming it’s a great fit on both sides.

WHAT YOU’LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 2+ years of experience using generative AI tools for stills, video and music creation, with demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering. Tools such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Luma, Runway, Act-One, Udio, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing still and video projects including examples of AI-generated content and creative applications.
• Familiarity/Proficiency in traditional Graphic Design, Motion Graphics and Video Editing Software: Photoshop, After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• Strong understanding of artistic composition, color theory, and storytelling through visuals.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to find innovative solutions using generative AI technologies to achieve visual storytelling goals.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail in image and video design, color grading, and transitions.
• Technical Aptitude: Understanding of AI-based tools, LLM capabilities, and an eagerness to stay current with evolving AI technologies.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn or develop new software, tools, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and technical details and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the Los Angeles area (our teams are on a hybrid model, in-office Tuesday - Thursday).
