We are looking for a Banquet Lead-AV Specialist

What You'll Do as Our Banquet Lead
As our Banquet Lead, you'll take the reins in ensuring flawless event execution and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Coordination
- Supervising the Banquet team with enthusiasm, precision, and clear direction.
- Partnering with the Banquet Manager to ensure every detail, from audio-visual setups to food and beverage service, exceeds guest expectations.
- Leading by example to foster a culture of quality, teamwork, and timeliness.
- Providing outstanding service to all guests, making their event experience unforgettable.
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
- Communicating effectively with guests about menu options and special requests.
- Anticipating guest needs and monitoring their satisfaction during dining and event experiences.
- Overseeing setup, execution, and cleanup of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Assisting with food and beverage delivery from staging areas to guests as needed.
- Helping other team members during peak periods to meet guest requests promptly.
- Training team members on serving plated and reception-style meals (training provided).
- Performing side work to prepare for upcoming events.
- Ensuring all service areas are kept clean and safe at all times.
- Maintaining a professional and personable appearance to represent the venue.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the success of events and the team.
