Location: Hybrid in Elkhart, Indiana; 2 days onsite each month, the rest remote

JOB DESCRIPTION: Theoris is seeking a Communications and Organizational Change Management Specialist for a highly collaborative role. This position focuses on working with stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives by emphasizing the people side of change, increasing adoption, and building the organization's capability for enabling change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead efforts to support organizational changes, particularly around the ERP consolidation project.
- Develop and execute communication plans for significant IT changes.
- Apply and manage existing Prosci management processes.
- Provide support for ERP transitions, including custom development, data movement, and cloud migrations.
- Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Act as a coach for people managers and supervisors during change.
- Define and measure success metrics and leading indicators throughout implementation of change.
- Support transformation and change management at the organizational level.
- Create and manage IT-related communications for staff and leadership.
- Support the CIO with broad communications and assist in developing leadership presentations.
- Maintain and update IT communication materials, such as strategy decks and documentation stored on SharePoint.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, digestible messaging for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate on marketing communications and organizational change management initiatives tied to the ERP implementation.
- Assist in executing communication strategies to engage the team and users.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, including with the parent company and its 85 brands.
- Demonstrate empathy, cultural awareness, and adaptability while working with diverse teams.
- Work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Support, oversee, and govern IT messaging and collaboration services.
- Contribute to infrastructure architecture and operational governance.
- Design and implement Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, and MS Teams services to meet business functionality requirements.
- Administer Exchange Online within M365, including Teams Rooms configuration and Microsoft Purview support.
- Develop and execute test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines.
- Provide operational guidance on M365 platforms and assess the environment for improvement opportunities.
- Design and enforce compliance, retention, and conditional access policies.
- Create automation scripts for efficient management of Exchange services and reporting.
- Develop dashboards to monitor Microsoft M365 services' compliance and performance indicators.
- Maintain detailed process and control documentation.
- Research, design, and implement high-performance, secure collaboration services.
- Provide guidance for M365 platforms, including Exchange, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Ensure operational compliance and governance for IT services.
- Monitor and report on the health and performance of M365 services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in change management and communications, particularly in IT or ERP-related initiatives.
- Experience with ERP implementations, especially Oracle, Dynamics 365, and cloud migrations, is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little guidance.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus but not mandatory.
