This position requires exercising independent judgment in implementing content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and coordinating with various teams to maintain consistency and quality of the website's content. The coordinator will support content development, SEO efforts, and workflow management while contributing to website performance improvements and project execution.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a salary range of $65K to $75K.

The coordinator will support content development, SEO efforts, and workflow management while contributing to website performance improvements and project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, creation, and implementation of website content, including blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
- Customize content layouts using WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring an engaging and functional user experience.
- Develop workflows for content approval, publishing, and maintenance, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Monitor and analyze website content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on analytics and SEO data.
- Manage content hierarchies and follow content management systems for updating site elements (e.g. media assets, tags, metadata).
- Maintain and update existing website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the site on a regular basis.
- Serve as a point of contact for content-related questions, offering solutions and guidance to teams regarding updates, structure, and presentation. Making changes to page designs based on feedback and requests from the team.
- Ensure content complies with established guidelines, including brand standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on WordPress advancements and digital content trends to keep the website competitive and user-focused.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, customer experience and development teams to align content with organizational strategies and goals.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of WordPress content management, including themes, custom post types, and plugins. With a strong understanding of the Kadence theme and block editor.
- Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, concise, and engaging content based on guidelines and team input.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO principles.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and recommending content improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply established guidelines effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams, collaborating in a remote environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator, able to communicate effectively at all levels through both verbal and written mediums
- Portfolio of WordPress projects showcasing content layout and design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor or Kadence.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Rank Math, or Yoast).
- Basic knowledge of web accessibility standards and UX principles.
- Exposure to image or video editing tools for basic content creation tasks.
- Basic understanding of prototyping software tools for design and collaboration
