Position Overview:

As the Design Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our client’s flagship showroom. From leading a talented sales team to creating unforgettable client experiences, you will ensure the showroom reflects the pinnacle of luxury and design. What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Drive the financial success of the showroom, meet and exceed sales goals, and position it as a leader in the luxury market.
• Inspire Excellence: Guide and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering growth and empowering them to achieve their best.
• Deliver Extraordinary Client Experiences: Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and key clients while creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment.
• Maintain Operational Perfection: Uphold the highest standards of showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and a flawless client journey.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry movements and market insights to keep the showroom competitive and innovative.
• Events and Association Participation: Represent the showroom and the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and association meetings, which may include nights and weekends.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail or showroom management.
• A proven track record in achieving sales goals, leading teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
