JD:
- 6-9 Years Experience as Product Designer
- Ability to perform a range of complex and ambiguous design tasks
- Wide subject matter expertise on multiple features, workflows, and new areas of discovery for a project’s domain, related domains, or across projects
- Contributes to design goals that impact projects or initiatives, across-teams and stakeholders
- Helps define requirements and works closely with product and engineering counterparts
- Makes smart trade-offs for design decisions that balance quality, speed of delivery, and learning
- Refines and defines new design and development hand off processes and documentation
- Facilitates discussions within a multidisciplinary team, with potentially difficult dynamics
- Engages in the practices and processes for healthy, productive collaboration that drives outcomes Adapt design approaches as needed
- Interaction and visual design craft skills and information architecture
- Works on end-to-end experiences
- Organizes complex systems and experiences through user-centered information architecture

- Experience in executing collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams and business stakeholders
- Good knowledge of User research methodologies including Stakeholder Interviews, Contextual Enquiry, Co-creation workshops, Customer Journey Mapping, Design Sprints etc.
- Experience with wireframing, Low/Hi-Fidelity interactive mock-ps rapid prototyping, visual narratives & iterative design methodologies.
- Good knowledge of prototyping tool such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Axure, Invision etc.
- Experience in User Validation and Evaluation techniques including Heuristic Evaluation, Usability / Accessibility Testing, Eye Tracking etc.
- Experience in building Design Language Systems for use within product design and technology teams
