Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to produce visually engaging designs that support our brand and business objectives. You’ll take projects from concept to completion, leveraging your design expertise to deliver high-quality work across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print, including advertisements, social media posts, email templates, presentations, packaging, and web content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and execute on-brand designs that align with business goals.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and app interfaces.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
• Work with external vendors and partners to ensure accurate production of materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a big plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
