Robert Half is hiring: Graphic Designer in Morris County

Robert Half's client is seeking Graphic Designers for a couple of open roles for Mid-level and Senior-level designers. This is a CONTRACT-to-HIRE opportunity and is ONSITE 4 days/week near Parsippany NJ.

1. Design visual elements for any external or internal design initiatives within branding guidelines for print and digital media
2. Strong retouching and photo compositing skill. Video editing and motion graphics experience also highly preferred.
3. Work together with decision-makers and clients to comprehend the needs of the project.
4. Revising plans based on customer feedback.
5. Select the graphic design components' tone and message.
6. QA design for mistakes.
7. Apply suggestions and modifications whenever you can.
8. Make visuals that accurately communicate the project's messaging.

Skills

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere, Powerpoint

1. Communicate with clients to define their design needs, schedule and budget, and managing their expectations.
2. Managing client proposals from layout to graphic design, printing and production print and digital.
3. Preparation of the material based on agreed guidelines.
4. Keeping clients informed, listening and acting on feedback, and explaining the reasoning behind graphic decisions.
5. Review final arrangements and suggest corrections as needed.
6. Keep up on software and design trends.
7. Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met, and material is printed or presented at a high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
