Piping Designer III Job Number: 353696 Category: Design Engineering Description: Job Title: Piping Designer III Location: Old Ocean, TX Zip Code: 77463 Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Contract Keywords: #PipingDesigner #EngineeringJobs #TXjobs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating and revising Piping drawings throughout the design and MOC processes Assembling Piping design packages that will be utilized for construction purposes Providing design assistance throughout all phases of projects May be required to work overtime to meet project demands Tracking and reporting progress for current and future Piping Projects REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AAS Degree or 2+ years of equivalent craft / designer work 5-10 years of experience in Piping Design role In depth knowledge of Piping standards, methods, and practices Experience with utilizing 3D modeling and point cloud workflows Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment Must be able to perform field walk downs Must be able to work both individually and on a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Software/Hardware Qualifications (Required): AutoCAD (or equivalent) CADWorx Plant (or equivalent) Basic computer/PC skills Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Leica CloudWorx (or equivalent) knowledge preferred Navisworks, AutoCAD P3D, Falcon knowledge preferred SAP knowledge preferred Leica knowledge preferred If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
