Overall Responsibilities
Plume is the first fully-integrated and modular blockchain optimized for real world assets (RWAs). We've built an EVM-compatible blockchain that's fast, efficient, and incredibly cheap, along with an end-to-end onboarding platform that lets asset issuers deploy their RWAs onchain. We're proud of our rapidly growing network, which includes:
- 180+ RWA companies building dapps and tokenizing assets on Plume's testnet, ranging from collectibles and real estate to equities and private credit
- 50+ technology partners working with Plume and offering special services to our ecosystem partners
- Experienced team of 20+ crypto, finance, and tech professionals from:
- Crypto: Coinbase, dYdX, LayerZero, Binance, Galaxy Digital, Kraken
- Finance/Tech: JP Morgan, Robinhood, Google, Coupa, Affirm
- Backed by great investors and operators including:

Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Plume's brand, including RWAs projects and technology partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of Plume's platform.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth marketing.
- Familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, and current marketing strategies.
- Begin developing relationships with ecosystem partners and understand their marketing needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on initial marketing campaigns.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.
- Be fully integrated into our marketing processes and lead key marketing initiatives.
- Be driving significant engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem.
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing at a reputable Web3 startup or a large tech company, with a focus on ecosystem or partner marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the RWA space.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Candidates without a Bachelor's degree in a related field must have an exceptional work history.
