Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
• Conduct usability testing to ensure designs meet the needs of diverse user groups, including those with disabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to bring concepts to life.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across the organization.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve the user experience continuously.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in UX design, preferably in fast-paced startup or financial environments.
• Accessibility Expertise: Strong understanding of WCAG guidelines, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your UX design process, including examples of accessible designs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for prototyping is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
