We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Web Designer in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves working on high-impact projects in the gaming and immersive experiences industry, with a focus on creating realistic characters and objects. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with developers, animators, and other team members to ensure cohesion and alignment across projects.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the creation and modeling of realistic characters, objects, and environments, ensuring artistic quality and attention to detail
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop visually engaging and intuitive interfaces
• Optimize and refine 3D assets for use on various platforms, including Unity, Unreal, and mobile devices
• Participate in storyboarding and conceptual design processes for gaming and immersive experiences
• Develop humanoid rigs, blend shapes, and facial animations to enhance the realism of character movement
• Assist in the integration of 3D models and animations into gaming engines
• Support the video production team by integrating 3D models and animations with Adobe Suite tools
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in 3D modeling, animation, and game development
• Ensure cohesion and alignment across projects by working closely with developers, animators, and other team members.• Proven experience as a Web Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Dreamweaver
• Familiarity with Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Capability to create engaging advertisements and banner ads
• Advanced knowledge of CSS is essential
• Experience with e-Commerce application design
• Strong graphic design skills are required
• A portfolio of previous web design work for review
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a high standard of organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
• Knowledge of web design industry trends and technology updates
• A degree in Web Design or related field is preferred
