The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who can effectively film, edit, and put together engaging content, staying on top of the latest social media trends and platform features. Additionally, experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite will be beneficial. The coordinator will oversee all aspects of social media content creation, scheduling, and audience interaction, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand presence across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Film, edit, and assemble creative video content (including Reels and TikToks), using trending audio, visual effects, and storytelling techniques to capture audience attention.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus for producing high-quality, engaging content.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules, timely content delivery, and alignment with brand voice and goals across all platforms.
  • Use tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, stories, and posts that resonate with the target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a loyal and active community.
  • Build relationships with followers to strengthen brand loyalty and enhance the overall social media experience.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends, new platform features, and best practices to keep the brand's social media strategy fresh, innovative, and relevant.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance, and provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Optimize social media strategies based on performance insights.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with other campaigns, branding efforts, and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and management, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Expertise in filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InShot) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Ability to use trending audio, effects, and creative techniques to create shareable and attention-grabbing content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content optimization.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and visual design skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to craft content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to adapt to rapidly changing trends and platform algorithms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
