Senture is seeking a writer with exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills to support the Business Development proposal department. This position will be responsible for developing content and completing writing assignments in relation to business development activities. Looking for a positive individual who is eager to be part of a team, enthusiastic about developing general and technical content, is able to work effectively as an individual and as a team member, has an ability to understand/follow direction, is able to meet tight deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, and accept constructive feedback.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeveloping content for the proposal department to answer RFx requestsWriting case studies, past performance narratives, white papers, capabilities statements, marketing materialInterviewing SMEs to draft contentTranslating solution design points into high level diagramsDrafting narrative from bullet points, summaries, and technical discussionsFormatting, proofreading, and finalizing outgoing writing assignmentsDrafting boilerplate content when not working on other assignmentsAttending and assisting during proposal and general business development meetingsPreferred Qualifications and ProficienciesUndergraduate degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fieldThree years of experience with Federal/SLED government proposalsAbility to prioritize and multi-task working on large assignments and small tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe SuitesBasic understanding of call center operationsHigh-level understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI-Assistant, Bots, Conversational AIInquisitive, and eager to learn about new technology and solutionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
