We are looking for a savvy, passionate Influencer Marketing Intern who is excited about influencer marketing, sustainability, and beauty! As an intern, you will learn and assist in all aspects of influencer marketing, from sourcing new influencers to writing campaign briefs and negotiating and managing campaigns. Requirements

  • Act as a support in the day-to-day seeding channel management, including: building external docs, sourcing & engaging with influencers via email and DM, regularly updating and maintaining records, reviewing influencer trackers, reporting & recaps, placing product orders
  • Contribute to the organic channel by developing internal campaign materials, collaborating with external vendors within designated timelines, and consistently updating and managing records for optimal workflow.
  • Attend meetings, present ideas, handle population of monthly content calendar
  • Assist writing compelling campaign briefs and onboarding materials for new partners
  • Archive and organize all inbound influencer content, i.e. posts and stories via Dropbox and Tribe
  • Research and create influencer lists for campaigns, events and product pushes that are on brand and meet KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors' influencer strategy
Qualifications:
  • Applicant should have excellent communication skills and actively listen
  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare and wellness space is a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms - especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done well
  • You are a creative thinker and quickly adapt to new situations with an eye for detail
  • You have experience using Microsoft Suite and Google Docs Editors
  • You are very organized and can manage multiple team projects


Compensation:

$20 per hour / 10-20 hours per week
