Brinkmann Constructors Marketing & Communications team is looking for an experienced innovative, creative and goal-oriented individual to join the team as a Marketing Coordinator.

Brinkmann Constructors Marketing & Communications team is looking for an experienced innovative, creative and goal-oriented individual to join the team as a Marketing Coordinator.
This person will be directly involved in contributing to the advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media communications and collaboration throughout the company. Our ideal candidate is driven, proactive, resourceful and a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Day-to day marketing tasks, including:
- Assist in implementing Brinkmann's overall brand and marketing strategy
- Internal and external brand marketing
- Website maintenance and digital campaign implementation
- Day-to-day social media marketing; support engagement on LinkedIn as well as other platforms
- Collaboration and support of other internal departments
- Manage print and online campaigns, including creative and deliverables
- Other marketing tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent (ie: graphic design, journalism, etc.)
- 2 years of experience minimum
- A/E/C industry experience a plus
- Strong organizational, communication and design skills
- Time management, efficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe Creative Suite
- The Marketing Coordinators work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann's corporate office
- This role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cycles
- Light physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and some
- Standing, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing
